First of all, we don’t have any signup/setup fees. You only pay when you make money. We do not charge for failed transactions.

We are currently connected to BCA, BRI, Mandiri, and Danamon as the credit card acquiring banks. Merchants can choose which bank they would like to work with. Settlement will be done directly from Acquiring Banks to merchants.

Faspay applies only flat fee, MDR is to be negotiated by merchant with Banks directly
Process of refunds is free (between bank and merchants) but the initial transaction charge cannot be returned.
No, we do not have charge-back fee for merchants. However, the merchant will need to refund the money to credit card holder for that particular transaction that is in dispute.
Merchant will receive funds from real-time (D+0) up to D+3 depending on the payment method used by your customer. You will receive the settlement report on D+1 through email. Here are the types of payment channels with the settlement time:

We apply a grace period to support your introduction of new payment methods to your customers before a reasonable minimum volume is applied. We will work together with you to figure out the best period and minimum volume for your online business.
Yes, we can separate authorization and settlement period for the credit card transaction. Merchant can void transaction any time before the settlement for example, the product is out of stock.
Yes, Faspay can accept international credit cards with Visa, MasterCard, JCB & AMEX logo.
Faspay has created a Merchant Page, a centralized dashboard for each merchant to help them check every transaction status (e.g. Void transaction, refund, etc).
Yes, you can have a sub-merchants if the condition is both you and the sub-merchants are in the same Limited Liability Company and have the same settlement account.
Faspay provides fraud detection system. Each merchant is assigned to a specific set of fraud detection rules. These rules may include checks on IP address location, transaction frequency, and size, etc. Every transaction needs to pass this set of rules and depending on the outcome, a transaction will be approved, denied or challenged. For all challenged transactions, the merchant can decide automatically or manually to accept or deny the transaction depending on the merchant's risk tolerance.
Yes. In processing credit card transactions, our certified system as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider to process your cardholder data securely based on a globally accepted international standard.
Faspay offers competitive prices. We also charge no additional costs, no maintenance fees, set up fees, fraud detection system fees, as well as other additional costs.

Disbursement service is a fund transfer service that Faspay provide to its merchant. We will be one stop solution for Merchant to do mass transfer to all banks in a real time.
We can provide our disbursement service to a company that need to do mass transfer to all banks with simple way.
You can use disbursement service for refund to your customer, paying out supplier, paying out user, disburse loan to your user, etc.
Faspay whom provide Faspay SendMe already has a license from Bank of Indonesia 20/406/DKSP/Srt/B, make Faspay a legal company to do a fund transfer.
Faspay SendMe already as a BI License with registration number 20/406/DKSP/Srt/B and certification number 20/237/DKSP/84.
We have a flat fee of Rp. 5.000 / transaction before tax and it will be auto deducted from your balance per transaction.
You need to fill in our registration form and complete your legal document then submit to us.
Our registration itself will take about 2 working days and for integration it depends on your team. Usually will be around 5 to 10 working days for integration until LIVE
We will provide you the dashboard to check your balance, manage your transaction, and download your daily report.
All of our Faspay’s SendMe registered merchant can use the dashboard. We will provide an account to login at merchant page and you can check our dashboard to see your transaction.
You can download your report from our dashboard.
You can top up your balance through bank transfer and ATM transfer to our bank account without any limitation per day.
If your balance has not been added within 4 hours from your top up time, please contact our customer care so we can help to check your transaction.
